[Remote] Project Manager I

They are seeking a Project Manager I to manage product implementations, maintain stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects are delivered on time while optimizing processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of projects and implementations
• Plan and prioritize customer objectives alongside internal resource availability
• Manage customer stakeholder expectations regarding scope, priority, and timelines
• Maintain strong relationships with key customer stakeholders throughout the customer journey
• Implement processes and tools to deliver efficient and effective implementations
• Ensure customer initiatives meet deadlines and expectations
• Identify and communicate roadblocks or delays to internal teams
• Analyze historical trends to find opportunities for project delivery optimization
• Apply project management best practices to keep projects on track and stakeholders informed
• Communicate proactively with customers at all project milestones

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 0-2 years of related professional experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Proven ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and delegate effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
