Customer Success Manager

Harris Computer is seeking a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to join their growing Customer Success team. In this role, you will work directly with customers to provide support, assist with projects, and leverage your technical knowledge to troubleshoot issues and test product releases.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for our users when they need assistance or have questions pertaining to our products
  • Use your technical knowledge and resourcefulness to resolve customer requests quickly and relatively autonomously
  • Work closely with the Product team to test product releases and new features
  • Take a consultative approach to problem-solving
  • Assist Customer Success Managers with customer-facing projects and data modeling/reporting tasks
  • Assist team members with internal infrastructure projects and initiatives
  • Go above and beyond to serve customers and your team
  • Independently conduct research to find solutions to internal and external problems
  • Maintain excellent written and verbal communication skills

Skills

  • US Citizenship or Permanent Residency (we do not sponsor at this time)
  • 1+ years applicable experience
  • Serve as the first point of contact for our users when they need assistance or have questions pertaining to our products
