[Remote] Project Data Administrator

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Colliers Project Leaders is a company that delivers capital project solutions to meet clients' needs in the built environment. They are seeking a Project Data Administrator who will ensure accurate project information is maintained in the accounting system and collaborate with various teams to assess projects and identify risks.

Responsibilities

  • Initiate and maintain the setup of projects and amendments to existing projects in the accounting system based on the respective contracts
  • Process all change orders and fee increases based on supporting documentation
  • Assist in the administration of contracts and escalate any discrepancies noted between the contracts and the project set ups
  • Prepare reports as needed, including summarizing task authorizations against Master Services Agreements or contracts
  • Assist with other functions as deemed appropriate to the position
  • Build strong relationships with our internal business partners including Project Managers (PM) and other project staff, as well as assist and collaborate with other Finance and Accounting team members

Skills

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in an administrative or office management role
  • Post-secondary diploma or degree in business administration (or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Excellent organizational skills and the proven ability to multi-task
  • General accounting experience with proven accuracy
  • Exceptional attention to detail; highly organized and dependable, with strong ability to prioritize and follow-up
  • Superior in Microsoft Office: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and supervision
  • Developed analytical, decision making and problem-solving skills
