The role involves handling order onboarding, tracking, and preparation of subpoenas and authorizations, while providing excellent customer service and managing data entry tasks.

Responsibilities

  • Customer Service: Onboarding orders, providing tracking numbers, and addressing client inquiries
  • Subpoena/Authorization Preparation: Ensuring accurate and thorough preparation
  • Data Entry: Proficiency in DAS and Excel for order management
  • Timely Responses: Answering questions regarding timelines, service of process, and pricing quotes
  • Specialized Knowledge: Understanding Notice to Consumer codes
  • Familiarity with processes in each department, including accessing relevant websites (e.g., Secretary of State, Cal bar, Court branches)
  • Knowledge of when subpoenas need to be domesticated to different jurisdictions
  • Work from Home: The option to work remotely, if desired
  • Extended Hours: While not mandatory, the ability to work extended hours is beneficial
  • Focus: The ability to maintain concentration for extended periods
  • Excellent Customer Service: Providing exceptional client interactions
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring precision in all tasks
  • Thoroughness: Managing multi-step processes with care and diligence
  • Multitasking Ability: Juggling various responsibilities effectively
  • Responsiveness and Timeliness: Responding to client emails within one hour
