Detail Technician

Camping World is seeking a Technician Detailer for our growing team. This hybrid role involves cleaning RVs, performing light mechanical work, and maintaining a safe working environment. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented with skills in light mechanical work and a strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

  • Clean RVs inside and outside
  • Prep RV for customer purchase and showroom floor
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment
  • Perform light mechanical work such as installing batteries, applying putty sticks, applying silicone, helping hang awnings, etc
  • May cross train to perform other duties (driving forklifts, etc.)
  • Performs other miscellaneous duties as assigned by manager

Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent experience
  • Experience in light mechanical work
  • Must possess a strong attention to detail
  • Ability to withstand prolonged periods of standing, stooping, crawling and bending
  • May lift up to 25 lbs. and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
  • Exposure to heights and hazards related to working with electrical and welding equipment
  • Environmental conditions include heat, cold, humidity, noise, dust and wetness
  • Housekeeping or car detailing experience
  • Valid Driver's License
