Overview

We are seeking an experienced and innovative, results and data-driven Website Deployment and Marketing Strategist to lead the pre-launch market research, as well as support the optimization, and promotion of our digital platform post-launch. This role is vital in defining factors critical to the business, putting numbers to those factors and serving as counsel to business decision-makers. You will impact our online presence, engagement with target audiences, and optimize our digital marketing efforts across multiple channels. The ideal candidate will combine broad technical expertise with business acumen to carry out both strategy definition and carry out tasks related to: developing compelling content, implementing effective marketing campaigns, and analyzing performance metrics. Key factors This is a contractor role, with an expected baseline weekly commitment, at a certain hourly rate. Opportunities for full-time employment will be considered as the business evolves. Preference will be given to those on US Pacific time. The ideal candidate will also be available to travel to and meet in the Northern Nevada, Northern California area on a sporadic basis. Duties:

  • Research and define KPIs for the business' online presence
  • Carry out target audience research, providing reports and strategy accordingly
  • Support business leadership in setting the website's service pricing structures for different markets, based on evidence and data
  • Lead the deployment of marketing campaigns targeting customers and our service providers
  • Collaborate with end-to-end website developers, to ensure successful platform setup, content integration and consistency across business objectives, current website functionality, and market demands
  • Develop and execute multichannel marketing strategies that encompass SEO, social media marketing, email campaigns, and digital advertising such as Google AdWords and Facebook Advertising.
  • Optimize website content for search engines (SEO) to improve visibility and organic traffic through keyword research, on-page SEO techniques, and content marketing best practices.
  • Lead the charge in ensuring a seamless user experience.
  • Implement marketing automation tools to streamline campaigns, nurture leads, and enhance customer engagement across channels.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience preferences to inform strategic decisions.
  • Analyze website analytics using Google Analytics and other tools to measure campaign performance; prepare reports highlighting insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Oversee advertising sales efforts by creating compelling ad content for print advertising and digital platforms while managing budgets effectively.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in digital marketing with a focus on website deployment, service pricing, SEO, social media marketing, and performance marketing strategies.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), and marketing automation platforms preferred.
  • In-depth knowledge of Google Analytics, Google AdWords (now Google Ads), Facebook Advertising tools, and analytics-driven campaign optimization.
  • Excellent copywriting skills with the ability to craft engaging content tailored to both B2B and B2C audiences across multiple channels.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce platfoorms and product management processes to support online sales initiatives.
  • Ability to conduct thorough research on market trends and customer insights to inform strategic planning.
  • Strong organizational skills with experience in budgeting for campaigns and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
