Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous Clean Room Assembler to join our team, responsible for using hand and power tools to assemble components as part of a larger assembly. You will identify and locate correct parts necessary for assembly, ensuring the product is assembled accurately and efficiently while adhering to prescribed methods and procedures.

Responsibilities

Use pneumatic, electric, hand, and power tools to assemble products. Maintain accurate inventory of parts local to specific work area. Follow and adhere to all safety, quality, and policies and procedures. Enter data in computer systems and fill out completed forms. Lift items weighing 50+ lbs. Perform crimping cords and point-to-point wiring. Use wrench and torque gun for assembly. Follow work instructions and interpret blueprints. Participate in production assembly using nuts and bolts. Work independently and as a team member to identify, improve, troubleshoot, and take ownership for results of the machine or process. Essential Skills Proficient in mechanical assembly. Ability to read and interpret blueprints. Experience with hand and power tools. Competency in using tape measures. Additional Skills & Qualifications Knowledge of electrical schematic and wiring. Experience in soldering and assembly line work. Familiarity with packaging and inspection processes. Understanding of cleanroom and construction protocols. Ability to use microscope for electronic assembly. Why Work Here? Work Environment

Work in a climate-controlled manufacturing environment with scheduled shifts from Monday to Thursday. Choose between first shift from 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM or second shift from 4:00 PM to 1:30 AM. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Greenville, South Carolina. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $18.50 - $18.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
