Solutions Architect Specialist

Responsibilities

The Solutions Architect Specialist supports the pre-sales process by providing efficient quoting support, product and purchasing research and support to Solution Architects team. They work closely with members of the pre-sales teams, manufacturer and distribution partner representatives, to understand solutions offered to the customers. They will create proposals and quotes based on the research. This is a Full-time opportunity located in Grand Rapids, MI.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of experience in the technology industry
  • Knowledge of CPQ tools such as Connectwise or Netsuite is preferred
  • Strategic thinking skills including strong problem-solving skills are required
  • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Must be able to multitask alongside cross functional teams in a matrix environment
  • The candidate must have a car, as this position requires travel between location and the transportation of equipment
  • A valid driver’s license and proof of vehicle insurance will be required
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
  • Must demonstrate a “can-do” attitude
