[Remote] Mortgage Loan Originator
Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Axos Bank is seeking a Mortgage Loan Originator to originate high-quality residential mortgages across the United States. The role involves analyzing applicants' financial status and recommending suitable mortgage products, while also providing excellent customer service and managing leads effectively.
Responsibilities
- Analyze applicants' financial status, credit, and property evaluations to determine preliminary home loan eligibility and recommends mortgage products that are within the customer's budget
- Consult with customers about current and future needs to help them achieve their financial goals while providing the best possible customer service
- Stay informed of available loan types and other financial services and products in order to better meet customers' needs
- Identify and construct lending solutions based on unique homeownership goals
- Manage leads actively and meet minimum conversion (lead to fund) requirements and build a network of real estate agent partners
Skills
- HS Diploma
- Prefer 1+ year's of retail lending
- Flexible and adaptable, learn and react quickly at a faster than average pace
- Strong sense of urgency and initiative to get things done
- Sales oriented
