Analytics & Management: Escalate value mismatches and provide validated datasets to support final client deliverables
  • Process Improvement: Research industry trends to incorporate new data capture methods. Proactively identify ways to improve system effectiveness and document results to ensure long-term quality
  • Special Projects: Support custom report development, specialized product support for national accounts, and provide mentoring to junior team members

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
  • Ability to translate conceptual business needs into technical requirements and functional tasks
  • Strong process-oriented mindset with the ability to navigate complex 'swimlane' workflows
  • Ability to translate technical data issues into actionable requests for non-technical stakeholders across a geographically dispersed organization

Benefits

  • Up to 16 weeks of fully paid parental leave and a baby stipend.
  • Multiple medical plan options with mental health and wellness support offerings.
