What You'll Do

• Educate and advise union and association members on benefits options

• Help families secure permanent coverage that meets their financial and personal needs

• Manage relationships with clients and adjust your approach to meet their unique circumstances

• Meet and exceed company targets while delivering exceptional service

• Have experience working with unions or value helping working-class families

• Are goal-oriented, self-motivated, and willing to learn

• Have sales or people management experience, or the ability to adapt your approach to different clients or team members

• Can commit full time and meet performance standards

Requirements

• Full-time availability

• Life & Health Insurance license preferred but not required
