Were looking for a Junior Сampaign Manager who thrives on structure, accuracy, and catching the details others miss. Youll be the go-to guardian of our CRM the one who keeps our deal data clean, consistent, and always up to date. Youll help maintain visibility and structure across both the Advertiser and Publisher pipelines, making sure that no opportunity or follow-up slips through the cracks.

Now were expanding our rapidly growing CPM Ad-network is rapidly expanding, connecting publishers with the biggest advertisers in the industry. Our goal is to grow into a leading Ad-Network, and we're looking for a Junior Campaign Manager who can help us achieve that vision.

Requirements for the candidate

  • 1 year of experience working with CRM systems ideally Monday.com or similar tools;
  • Work experience with trackers and Ad Networks platforms;

  • Excellent attention to detail and a passion for clean, organized data;

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills you can spot inconsistencies and fix them efficiently;
  • Solid understanding of sales/marketing pipelines and how data flows across teams (e.g., Advertiser, Publisher);
  • Experience with data entry, cleanup, and process automation
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets including formulas and filters;

  • Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal;

  • Proactive mindset you dont wait to be told when somethings broken; you spot it and fix it;
  • English - upper-intermediate level (written and spoken).

Considered an advantage

  • Experience working with online entertainment, betting, iGaming or nutra industries.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure CRM deal data aligns with actual performance metrics (e.g., traffic distribution matches the assigned advertiser).
  • Monitor all deal pipelines (Publisher and Advertiser) in Monday.com daily to ensure cards are correctly filled, up to date, and moved along appropriate stages.
  • Follow up with Publisher and Advertiser Managers when:

-Information is missing or incorrect on deal cards.

-Cards are not updated after renewals, expirations, or new negotiations.

-Deal opportunities are left idle or overlooked.

  • Identify deals marked as available for sale that have been ignored or forgotten and notify the relevant team members to take action.
  • Track deal timelines and expiration dates to ensure timely follow-ups, renewals, or closures.
  • Maintain consistency in data formatting and ensure mandatory fields are filled (e.g. start/end dates, budget, client name, revenue type, manager assigned, etc.).
  • Run weekly audits of the CRM pipelines and provide a report of issues or misaligned entries to management.
  • Proactively suggest improvements in the CRM structure or automations to enhance team accountability and operational flow.
