Job Description:

We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic  Recruiter to join our team on a freelance basis. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various healthcare positions. You will work closely with our Senior Recruiters to identify and attract top talent, while providing exceptional customer service to our clients.

Responsibilities:

- Utilize various recruiting methods and tools to source and attract candidates

- Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess qualifications and fit for open positions

- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers

- Conduct reference checks and verify credentials of potential candidates

- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the recruitment process

- Assist with creating job postings and maintaining job boards

- Attend job fairs and networking events to promote our company and job opportunities

- Collaborate with the team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies

- Provide support to Senior Recruiters as needed

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

- 1-2 years of experience in recruiting, preferably in the healthcare industry

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with applicant tracking systems

- Knowledge of healthcare terminology and job requirements is a plus

- Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Excellent customer service skills and a passion for helping others

Contract Details:

This is a freelance position with the potential for long-term growth within the company. The schedule is flexible and can be discussed during the interview process. Compensation will be based on experience.
