At Space'M Online, we don't focus on technical jargon like rankings. Instead, we help businesses grow by making them more visible to the right customers and turning that attention into real revenue. We've generated over €100M+ for our clients by identifying what's holding their business back and providing clear, practical strategies to fix it. Our sales process isn't about hype—it's about understanding challenges and delivering measurable growth.

We're looking for a sharp DM Setter to own our social conversations.

This isn't a copy-paste role. You're the voice behind the brand — turning cold connections into warm prospects ready to book.

Your Mission

Manage inboxes across LinkedIn - 80% of conversations are currently happening on LinkedIn, making strong B2B communication essential. Run multi-touch sequences, handle objections in real time, and hand off qualified prospects to our closers with full context. Other social channels will continue to grow over time.

What you'll do

  • Manage 50–100 active DM threads daily across all channels

  • Drive 10–20 meaningful exchanges per day toward a CTA

  • Deliver 5–15 warm handoffs per week to the appointment pipeline

  • Adapt your tone per platform — LinkedIn is direct, Instagram is brand-aware, X is punchy

  • Handle objections without escalating ("already have SEO," "not interested," "too busy")

  • Log every conversation, outcome, and follow-up in the CRM

KPIs: Reply rate · Conversation-to-handoff rate · Handoff quality score · Channel conversion breakdown

Who You Are

  • You write the way people actually talk — clear, warm, direct

  • You read a prospect's mental state fast and adjust without being told

  • You know DM selling is slow-burn — you nurture, you don't spam

  • You track multiple threads across platforms without dropping context

  • You never misrepresent the brand, and you know when to improvise vs. stick to the playbook

  • 'Marketing channel' knowledge is a strong plus.

  • SEO experience is a bonus.

Not for you if you paste the same message 100 times, treat every platform the same, or struggle to hold a fluid written conversation in professional English.

The Details

  • Remote — work from anywhere

  • Freelance / contractor engagement

  • $5–10/hr depending on experience

  • 5% commission on all confirmed sales generated through conversations and lead qualification efforts.
