Director Solutions Consulting (m/f/d)
Job description
We are looking for a Director of Solutions Consulting to lead and drive complex presales engagements globally across enterprise customers. In this role, you will act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, Treasurers, and senior finance & IT stakeholders, supporting global sales cycles by shaping solution strategy, value positioning, and technical scoping for our treasury and payments platform. This is a globally scoped role, partnering with Sales, Product, and Onboarding teams across regions to support pipeline growth, deal execution, and long‑term customer success.Job requirements
- 10+ years of experience in Solutions Consulting, Presales, Treasury, FinTech, Payments, or Enterprise SaaS
- Proven experience selling or positioning treasury, payments, or financial software solutions to enterprise customers
- Strong understanding of cash management, bank connectivity, payments, or financial workflows
- Hands‑on experience supporting complex presales cycles involving multiple stakeholders and regions
- Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to engage confidently with C‑level and senior decision‑makers
- Strong commercial mindset with the ability to translate technology into business value
- Comfortable working in a global, fast‑paced SaaS environment
- Background as a treasury practitioner or financial systems expert (TMS, ERP, Payments)
- Experience with global payment standards or bank connectivity models
- Exposure to multi‑phase enterprise implementations
- Experience contributing to analyst briefings, white papers, or industry thought leadership
Job responsibilities
- Own and lead end‑to‑end solutions consulting and presales engagements for complex global enterprise opportunities
- Engage with prospects to deeply understand treasury, payments, cash management, and bank connectivity challenges
- Design and deliver use‑case driven demos, solution workshops, and executive presentations
- Support RFP/RFI responses, solution scoping, implementation approach, and SOW input
- Work closely with Sales to support value‑based selling and ARR growth
- Build and present business cases, ROI/value narratives, and executive summaries
- Collaborate with Product Management by feeding customer requirements and market insights into roadmap priorities
- Partner with Onboarding and Customer teams to ensure smooth handover from sale to implementation
- Represent the company in industry events, customer meetings, and strategic conversations
