Overview

We are seeking a strategic and proactive Global Sales Training & Development Specialist to develop and standardize the Sales Training Framework for Electric Vehicles (EVs) and E-Scooters across global markets, including Vietnam. This role is responsible for driving training excellence, enhancing dealer service quality, and fostering a strong learning culture through structured programs and digital learning systems. The position requires close collaboration with international stakeholders and local dealers to ensure consistent training implementation and performance outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and continuously improve the Global Sales Training Framework for EVs and E-Scooters across markets.

  • Design comprehensive training solutions, programs, and engagement campaigns to enhance sales capability and service quality.

  • Develop detailed annual and quarterly training plans aligned with business objectives.

  • Implement and coordinate training classes, workshops, and certification programs according to the approved framework.

  • Establish and monitor training quality control standards for dealer networks; oversee training execution, reporting, and performance evaluation.

  • Organize professional certification exams and practical skill assessments for dealers.

  • Manage and administer the Learning Management System (LMS – SABA), including user access control and curriculum setup aligned with organizational roles.

  • Oversee the global e-Learning system to ensure scalability, accessibility, and effectiveness.

  • Manage the training resource library and approval process; ensure materials are accurate and regularly updated.

  • Track training effectiveness through KPIs, reports, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Education, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

  • 3–5 years of experience in sales training, dealer training management, or learning & development (automotive or EV industry preferred).

  • Proven experience in building training frameworks, designing learning programs, and managing LMS platforms.

  • Strong project management, stakeholder coordination, and communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with the ability to monitor training effectiveness and generate performance reports.

  • Fluent in English with the ability to work in a cross-cultural, global environment.

  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about driving continuous learning and capability development.
