About the Role

The Learning & Development Coordinator will support the day-to-day operations of a growing L&D function while helping shape corporate training, learning systems, and program execution. This is an exciting opportunity for a highly organized individual with a passion for learning to contribute to new initiatives and support onsite training events in a rapidly growing organization.

Key Responsibilities

Onsite Event & Training Logistics Support (Estimated 10% Travel)

•Assist with planning and preparation for onsite training sessions, workshops, and events

•Support room setup, materials preparation, and post-event wrap-up

•Coordinate logistics such as schedules, supplies, meals, and basic vendor or internal communication

•Attend large-scale events in person to support program execution (50+ employees)

Learning Management System (LMS) Support

•Assist with course setup, enrollment, and content organization within the LMS

•Help maintain accurate learner records and training completion data

•Support basic troubleshooting and user support as needed

•Execute basic instructional design duties, such as sourcing content from 3rd party vendors upon request and copyediting courses created by internal subject matter experts

Reporting & Tracking

•Track training attendance, completion, and participation metrics

•Assist in generating reports and dashboards to support L&D analysis and decision-making

•Help maintain training documentation and records for internal reporting purposes

•Collaborate with Learning & Development Manager to establish and administer programs incentivizing employee training participation

•Oversee compliance training for employees and contractors across the US, Mexico, and Canada

L&D Administrative Support

•Provide general administrative support to the L&D Manager

•Assist with documentation, scheduling, and internal communications

•Support the organization and maintenance of learning resources and materials

Qualifications

•Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, organizational development, business, or a related field

•Minimum 3 years experience in learning & development, learning administrative support, event planning, or a related field

•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

•Comfortable working with spreadsheets, systems, and basic reporting

•Strong communication skills and a willingness to support both administrative and hands-on tasks

•Ability to accommodate up to 10% yearly travel schedule to support events in Sungrow’s Costa Mesa, Houston, and Phoenix offices

•Self-starter mindset with a willingness to learn and adapt

Preferred (Nice to Have)

•Familiarity with learning management systems or data tracking tools

•Ability to join biweekly evening meetings with international collaborators

Work Location and Status:

  • Full time, Remote (10% Travel )
