Job Summary

As a Customer Service Associate at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving customer complaints, and promoting arenaflex services and products. Key Responsibilities

* Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Promote arenaflex services and products, including pharmacy services, health and wellness programs, and loyalty rewards
  • Maintain a thorough knowledge of arenaflex products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and concerns
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals, resolve customer issues, and maintain a clean and organized store environment
  • Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance customer service skills and stay up-to-date on arenaflex products and services
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of arenaflex service traits, including proactive offering of help, identifying customer needs, and servicing customers with a smile

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; some college or vocational training preferred

  • Prior work experience in a retail or customer service environment, preferably with arenaflex
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse customers and colleagues
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and service
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash, operating a cash register, and processing transactions
  • Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and move freely throughout the store

Preferred Qualifications

* Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual or multilingual skills a plus

  • Prior experience with customer service software, such as CRM systems or point-of-sale technology
