Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service And Sales Support Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in engaging with potential clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored sales solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Engaging with potential clients through virtual meetings, emails, and calls to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for growth

  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships and drive repeat business
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)

  • Accurately maintaining customer relationship management (CRM) records and following up with leads to ensure timely conversions
