About the Role

As we enter our next phase of growth, we are seeking a visionary and execution-focused SVP of Product to lead our product strategy, vision, and roadmap across our platform and services ecosystem.

The SVP of Product will define and drive Lyra’s end-to-end product vision, ensuring alignment with our mission, business strategy, and customer needs. This executive will oversee product management, building a world-class organization that delivers measurable clinical, member, and business outcomes. You will be a key member of the Senior Leadership Team, partnering closely with Clinical, Data, Engineering and Commercial leaders to scale our impact. This role reports into our CPTO.

Responsibilities

Set Vision & Strategy

  • Define and communicate a compelling multi-year product vision aligned with Lyra’s mission and growth strategy.

  • Translate business goals into clear product priorities and roadmaps.

  • Lead portfolio strategy across member experience, provider tools, employer/health plan solutions, and AI-enabled capabilities.

  • Drive Member & Clinical Impact

  • Ensure product decisions are grounded in clinical evidence and measurable outcomes.

  • Elevate member experience across the entire care journey—from access and matching to ongoing support and outcomes reporting.

  • Partner with Clinical leadership to integrate innovation responsibly and safely.

  • Build & Lead High-Performing Teams

  • Lead and scale Product Management organizations.

  • Develop senior product leaders; establish strong talent pipelines and succession plans.

  • Foster a culture of clarity, accountability, experimentation, and deep customer empathy.

  • Deliver Operational Excellence

  • Establish rigorous product operating rhythms (roadmap governance, launch excellence).

  • Improve decision velocity and cross-functional alignment.

  • Implement strong product analytics and experimentation frameworks.

  • Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with Engineering on technical strategy and platform scalability.

  • Support Commercial and Growth teams with differentiated offerings.

  • Represent Product with customers, partners, and investors.

  • Qualifications
  • 15+ years in product leadership, including 5+ years leading large, multi-layered product organizations.

  • Experience at scale in healthcare, digital health, SaaS, or mission-driven technology environments.

  • Proven track record of building products that deliver measurable outcomes (clinical, engagement, or financial).

  • Experience operating as a senior executive in a high-growth environment.
