Responsibilities:

The Opportunity

The SC Inventory Analyst is a member of the National Inventory team and is responsible for daily reconciliation of SAP and Warehouse Management System. The role entails developing solutions for common system variances using root cause analysis, collaboration, and SAP adjustments. The National Inventory team works with cross functional groups such as BIS, PBSG, C&O, BU, field locations and 3PL teams to resolve issues and provide overall inventory processes/training. The Inventory Analyst supports 8-9 field locations and is responsible for WMS/SAP reconciliation and maintaining system accuracy above 98% daily.

Your Impact

As SC Assoc Analyst your functions would consist of:

- Support 8-9 Field Locations with day-to-day reconciliation activities between Blue Yonder and SAP S4 to improve system accuracy

- Coach and address inventory system needs of field location inventory teams

- Warehouse network reporting responsibilities including the 3PL scorecard and Period Performance Report

- Support field locations during ad hoc activities that could include building opens/closures, audits and physical inventories

- Lead cross-functional opportunities with distribution centers, 3PL teams, BIS, PBSG, logistics, C&O, finance and co-pack accounting as it relates to inventory accuracy and best practices

- Provide analysis and recommendations to managers and supervisors in support of account specific warehouse initiatives and LSS projects

Qualifications:

¿Who Are We Looking For?

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.

- Advanced English (spoken and written).

- Hands-on experience managing SAP or any ERP system.

- Experience/knowledge of Power BI, Python is a plus.

- Skilled at thinking through and research data reconciliation items in multiple systems (SAP/WMS/other site systems when available).

- Ability to work indepentently and with multiple teams – due to the remote nature of current state.

- High aptitude to learn and navigate multiple operating systems.
