What You'll Be Doing

As a Mandarin-English Bilingual Healthcare Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Conducting research to provide answers and resolve customer issues with compassion and empathy
• Recognizing, applying, and explaining product or service knowledge to customers
• Utilizing computer experience to navigate our systems and tools
• Maintaining high-speed internet connection (25mbps) to ensure seamless communication

What You Bring to the Role

To succeed in this role, you'll need to bring:

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin
• At least 6 months of customer service experience
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Strong product or service knowledge and ability to apply it in a customer-facing environment
• Computer experience and proficiency in navigating software applications
• High-speed internet connection (25mbps) to ensure seamless communication
