Job Overview

As a full stack customer service representative with arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our clients' customers through inbound phone calls, chat, and email interactions. Your primary goal will be to resolve customer inquiries, address concerns, and provide solutions that exceed customer expectations. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you'll work closely with our clients to understand their unique needs and deliver tailored support that meets their expectations.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, and email in a timely and professional manner

  • Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and empathetic manner
  • Provide product and service information, as well as recommendations to customers
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues
  • Meet or exceed customer satisfaction targets and key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Stay up-to-date on product and service knowledge to provide accurate and informed support
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish

  • Proven track record in customer service and delivering outstanding customer care
  • Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
  • Friendly, empathetic tone, and professional demeanor
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and resourceful mindset
  • Proficient in using technology, including computer applications and software
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Technology and Equipment Requirements

* Personal computer with a minimum of 8GB RAM (tablets and Chromebooks are not supported)

  • Operating system of Windows 10 or Windows 11 (some clients may accept AppleOS)
  • Wired USB headset with microphone for clear communication
  • High-speed wired internet with a minimum of 10 Mbps download speed and 5 Mbps upload speed for seamless connectivity
  • Valid and up-to-date antivirus software installed
  • Smart phone, Android tablet, or iPad needed for authentication

Work Environment Requirements

* Quiet, uninterrupted space

  • Organized desk area
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

Contractual Relationship

The relationship between you and arenaflex is a contractual relationship. You will remain an independent contractor for the duration of your contractual relationship with arenaflex. arenaflex will not be responsible for withholding taxes on your earnings while contracted with arenaflex. When you receive your contract, you will be asked to agree to have no claim against arenaflex hereunder or otherwise for vacation pay, sick leave, retirement benefits, Social Security, worker’s compensation, health or disability benefits, overtime, unemployment insurance benefits, or employee benefits of any kind.
