Job Summary

As a Data Entry Coordinator at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial and accounting systems. You'll be responsible for performing lead loading and data entry, managing collections activities, maintaining accurate records, and supporting the broader accounting team with ad-hoc tasks. Key Responsibilities

* Perform lead loading and data entry into financial/accounting systems with high accuracy and efficiency

  • Manage and follow up on collections activities with clients and vendors, ensuring timely and professional communication
  • Maintain accurate records of communications and payment statuses, providing clear and concise information to stakeholders
  • Support the broader accounting team with ad-hoc tasks, such as data analysis and reporting
  • Ensure timely and professional communication with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and colleagues

Essential Qualifications

* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and concisely
  • Proficiency with spreadsheets (e.g., Excel) and other financial software applications
