Job Summary

As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch customer support to our clients. You'll be the face of our company, and your primary goal will be to ensure that every customer interaction is positive, informative, and resolves any issues or concerns they may have. You'll work closely with our team to resolve customer inquiries, provide product information, and help customers navigate our services. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide product information and help customers resolve any issues or concerns they may have
  • Assess customers' needs and provide the correct answer, path, troubleshooting, or method for a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies
  • Strive to meet and go above personal and team target goals
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Up-sell if needed
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Basic computer skills and experience
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent time management and prioritization skills
  • Ability to listen actively, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused for positive customer experience and resolution
  • MUST RESIDE IN CALIFORNIA
