Job Responsibilities
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Helping customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about arenaflex's products and services, including their features, pricing, and shipping options

Minimum Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
