Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional support and service. You'll be responsible for answering client inquiries, providing product information, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

* Answer and manage incoming calls, emails, chats, and/or interactive voice response systems

  • Provide accurate and timely responses to client inquiries, ensuring a positive customer experience
  • Learn and follow all customer service procedures and policies, adapting to changes as needed
  • Meet and exceed personal and team target goals, striving for excellence in customer satisfaction
  • Record, organize, and file customer interactions and account changes
  • Upsell products or services as needed, promoting arenaflex's offerings
  • Schedule call backs and appointments to resolve customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues

Requirements and Qualifications

* Previous experience in customer support, client services, sales, or a related field

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone and other platforms
  • Basic computer skills and experience, including proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively
  • Excellent listening skills, with the ability to actively listen, relay information, and answer questions and/or concerns
  • Customer-focused approach, with a passion for delivering positive customer experiences and resolutions
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience working in a remote or virtual environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex's products or services
  • Certification in customer service or a related field
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
