Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative in our Contact Center Operations team, you will be responsible for:

  • Handling customer telephone calls and responding to secured and unsecured email inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Providing accurate and helpful information to customers regarding their accounts, transactions, and bank services
  • Identifying and resolving customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
  • Maintaining excellent knowledge of arenaflex's products and services to effectively answer customer questions and recognize sales opportunities
  • Working collaboratively with other team members to achieve customer satisfaction and resolve complex issues
  • Participating in ongoing training and development to maintain required skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices

  • Team Player: View oneself as part of an overall team, supporting others throughout the entire bank to achieve the overall goals

Education and Special Requirements

* High school diploma required; prefer an associate's degree (AA) from a two-year college or technical school or bachelor's degree

  • Prefer 1-2 years' experience in a related position
  • Must be able to take initiative, accept responsibility, and work independently as well as being aware of, and part of a team environment
  • Must consent to remote monitoring of incoming customer telephone calls
