Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center environment using world-class technology. You'll communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat.
  • Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system.
  • Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service.

Minimum Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent. Bachelor's degree preferred.

  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
  • Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms.
