Job Summary

We're looking for a Customer Service and Sales Representative who is passionate about delivering exceptional service and personalized coverage options to our clients. As a member of our team, you'll be responsible for handling inbound inquiries, working with warm leads, and providing a seamless client experience. You'll combine customer service with consultative sales, using your expertise to educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs.

Responsibilities

* Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and Zoom, providing timely and personalized support

  • Educate clients on insurance options that meet their needs, using your expertise to guide them through the application process
  • Provide support throughout the application process, ensuring that clients understand their coverage options and benefits
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and coverage understanding, building strong relationships and loyalty
  • Track all communication and sales activity using CRM tools, ensuring that our team is aligned and working towards common goals
  • Meet individual performance and client satisfaction goals, using data and insights to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with our team to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring that we're always meeting and exceeding our targets

Requirements

* Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.

  • Strong communication and customer service skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
  • Professional, empathetic, and reliable, with a commitment to delivering exceptional service
  • Comfortable working with technology and in a remote setting, with the ability to adapt to new tools and systems
  • Life & Health insurance license (or willingness to obtain within 30 days), with a strong understanding of insurance products and services

  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies and lead a team of customer service and sales representatives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
