About the Role:

As a Full Stack Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial data. You'll work closely with our Senior Accounting team to ensure the timely completion of daily accounting and compliance activities. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

* Plans and examines pay and financial records, combined statements, and other accounting proclamations and reports.

  • Audits and checks the accuracy of journal entries and accounting orders assigned to different records.
  • Applies sound accounting standards and creates or suggests accounting techniques and systems.
  • Educates or allocates work to accountants, accounting agents, and other partners to participate in daily accounting exercises.
  • Arranges accounting matters with different offices, areas, and divisions.
  • Participates in financial reporting.

Direct Supervisor/Direct Reports:

* This position typically reports to a Senior Director.

  • This job has no immediate reports.

Travel Requirements:

* Occasionally requires travel under 10% of the time.

Working Conditions:

* Situated in a comfortable indoor area. Any unpleasant conditions would be rare and not offensive.

  • Models include phone administrator and document agent.

Qualifications:

*

Minimum Qualifications:

+ Should be 18 years old or more. + Should be lawfully allowed to work in the US.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ 3 years of accounting experience liked. + Capable high-level information and expertise utilizing Microsoft Office Suite including Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word. + Experience with general ledger software like SAP or similar software. + Show relational abilities and work in areas of strength for a climate. + Capacity to oversee and execute multiple tasks. + Solid written and verbal communication skills. + Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Education:

* The information, skills, and abilities are normally obtained through the fulfillment of a four-year certification program or comparable degree in a field of study connected with the job.

Minimum Work Experience:

* 2 years

Capabilities:

* Financial Analysis

  • Written and Verbal communication skills
  • PC application skills, such as Excel, Access, General Ledger, etc.
  • Should have the ability to perform multiple tasks and balance different high-priority tasks.
