Remote Destination Specialist

As a Remote Destination Specialist , you will serve as a strategic partner in our clients’ travel journeys—from the spark of an idea to a smooth return home. This role is central to our service model. You’ll be the trusted point of contact who ensures every detail is thoughtfully managed, every question is answered with confidence, and every experience reflects the gold standard of personalized service.

Sweet Carolina Travel Agency, has long believed that exceptional travel planning is built on relationships, consistency, and follow-through. Our agency blends traditional customer care with modern tools and innovation, and we’re looking for someone who values doing things the right way—while still thinking creatively.

Core Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary liaison for client inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms, delivering prompt, professional, and solutions-oriented communication.

  • Coordinate travel bookings, changes, cancellations, and special accommodations with accuracy and care.

  • Provide well-informed guidance on destinations, travel requirements, policies, and agency processes.

  • Proactively confirm itineraries, timelines, and expectations before departure.

  • Conduct post-travel follow-ups to gather feedback and reinforce long-term client relationships.

  • Address and resolve challenges with empathy, efficiency, and a client-first mindset.

What We Offer

  • 100% remote flexibility, allowing you to work from anywhere while maintaining accountability and results.

  • Access to exclusive travel benefits and industry-specific discounts.

  • Structured onboarding, continuous training, and mentorship designed to support long-term success.

  • A collaborative, values-driven culture where professionalism, passion for travel, and personal growth are core priorities.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Clear, confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • Proven background in customer service; experience in travel, hospitality, or tourism is a strong advantage.

  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time-management capabilities.

  • Comfortable navigating digital tools, booking platforms, and evolving systems.

  • A genuine enthusiasm for travel and helping others create meaningful, well-planned experiences.
