SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Lead (ECP Lead)

CTG is seeking to fill a SAP SuccessFactors EC Payroll Lead (ECP Lead) opening for our premier client.

Location: Remote

Duration: 12 months

Role

• Lead end-to-end implementation of Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions
• Architect and design payroll processes aligned with business and regulatory requirements
• Manage integrations between EC, ECP, and third-party systems (e.g., time, benefits, finance)
• Oversee payroll data migration, validation, and reconciliation activities
• Drive configuration of schemas, PCRs, wage types, and payroll controls
• Ensure compliance with country-specific payroll regulations and statutory requirements
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, Finance, and IT teams
• Lead defect resolution, testing cycles (SIT, UAT), and go-live activities
• Provide leadership to functional and technical teams, including offshore coordination
• Support post-go-live stabilization and continuous improvement initiatives

The expected base salary for this position ranges from $85 to $90 hourly.  Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, market factors, and where applicable, licensure or certifications obtained. In addition to salary, a competitive benefit package is also offered.
