Job Summary:

As an Online Chat Agent at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering timely, text-based assistance to our customers via live chat. You'll work in a fully remote environment, free from phone calls and video interactions, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional support while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role, even if you have no prior experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to live chat inquiries quickly and professionally, using scripted responses and company workflows to deliver consistent and professional support.

  • Assist customers with password resets, billing updates, and subscription changes, ensuring a seamless and efficient experience.
  • Follow company scripts and standard operating procedures to maintain high-quality support and minimize errors.
  • Document conversations and escalate issues as necessary, ensuring that customer concerns are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain a courteous and empathetic communication style, providing a positive experience for our customers.

Technical & Skills Requirements:

• Laptop or desktop computer with Google Chrome.

  • Reliable internet connection (minimum 10 Mbps).
  • Typing speed of 45 WPM or higher.
  • Excellent written English communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions, ensuring that you can handle multiple conversations and tasks simultaneously.

Compensation & Scheduling:

• Starting pay: $25/hour.

  • Raises available to $30–$35/hour after 30 QA-approved shifts, recognizing your growth and contributions to the team.
  • Shift selection is self-directed via online scheduler, allowing you to choose the hours that suit your lifestyle.
  • Minimum 15 hours per week, with opportunities to work up to 40 hours per week.

Training & Onboarding:

• 2-hour online onboarding session, where you'll learn about our company culture, policies, and procedures.

  • Practice chats with simulated customers, allowing you to hone your skills and build confidence.
  • First live shift monitored by QA, ensuring that you receive feedback and guidance to help you excel.
  • Paid work begins within 3–5 business days, allowing you to start earning a steady income quickly.

Sample Shift:

During a typical shift, you might assist customers resetting passwords, applying discount codes, and updating billing information—all via live chat using company-approved templates. Our comprehensive training program will equip you with the skills and knowledge necessary to excel in this role, even if you have no prior experience.
