Job Summary

As an Experienced Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for studying, resolving, and correcting records to ensure that our drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records align with our enrollment package records. This role involves working with shared mailboxes and work queues, resolving issues from various regions within the company, discovering and resolving errors from multiple reports, reconciling eligibility among systems, record monitoring and tracking, and collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions to resolve problems.

Key Responsibilities

* Study and resolve discrepancies between drugstore adjudication system's eligibility records and enrollment package records

• Work with shared mailboxes and work queues to resolve issues from various regions within the company
• Discover and resolve errors from multiple reports
• Reconcile eligibility among systems
• Monitor and track records to ensure accuracy and integrity
• Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve green resolutions to resolve problems
• Develop and maintain knowledge of arenaflex's systems, processes, and policies

Required Qualifications

* Experience in record studies and analysis

• Healthcare industry experience
• Working expertise in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, MS Access, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project)
• Excellent verbal, problem-solving, and written communication skills
• 1-2 years of related experience

• Education: High School Diploma
