Responsibilities
As a remote Customer Service & Sales Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, providing prompt, accurate, and friendly service
- Conducting needs-based reviews to educate customers about insurance options and develop new service opportunities
- Maintaining a strong work ethic and commitment to success, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Developing new service opportunities with both existing and new clients
- Providing timely and thorough activity reports to management
- Staying up-to-date on product changes, licensing, technical developments, and continuing education requirements
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- 10 years combined experience in customer service and sales
- Ability to obtain Property & Casualty license within 30 days of hire
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 30 days)
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- People-oriented and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Ability to learn computer functions and work in a team environment
- Proactive problem-solving skills and dedication to customer service
- Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
- Ability to multi-task and adapt to changing priorities
