Your Role as a Remote Chat Representative
As a Remote Chat Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers through live chat and providing them with the support and solutions they need. Your role will involve:
- Engaging with customers through live chat, answering their inquiries, and resolving their issues in a timely and professional manner
- Providing stellar service and support to customers, ensuring that every interaction is positive and memorable
- Utilizing our comprehensive training program to become well-acquainted with our company and our responsibilities
- Accessing resources with common questions and answers and ongoing support from our dedicated team
- Working independently, with a detail-oriented approach to following instructions and guidelines
- Committing to at least 15 hours of availability each week and maintaining a stable internet connection
