Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Contract Customer Marketing Manager to join our team on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. As a key member of our marketing team, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing customer marketing experiences that drive business results. Your primary focus will be on creating communities based on level and interest, identifying opportunities for cross-sell/upsell, and amplifying our customers' stories.

Key Responsibilities

* Design and implement impactful customer marketing experiences that drive loyalty, expansion, and advocacy

  • Create communities based on level and interest to foster engagement and retention
  • Identify opportunities for cross-sell/upsell and develop strategies to capitalize on these opportunities
  • Amplify our customers' stories through various marketing channels to build brand awareness and credibility
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of customer marketing initiatives
  • Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of customer marketing programs
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in customer marketing to continuously improve our strategies and tactics

Requirements

* 5-7 years of experience in customer marketing, preferably in tech marketing

  • Ability to understand how customers are using arenaflex solutions to achieve their business goals and translate this into marketing programs
  • Demonstrated success in establishing communities and creating advocates
  • Revenue-driven mindset, ensuring programs deliver results
  • Proficient in marketing technology, such as Salesforce, Marketo, Gong
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

* Proven track record of success in customer marketing, with a focus on loyalty, expansion, and advocacy

  • Strong understanding of customer behavior and preferences
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

* Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • Familiarity with arenaflex solutions and products
  • Certification in marketing or a related field
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting
