Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced full stack data entry specialist to join our team. As a data entry specialist, you'll be responsible for providing timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions, inputting and updating customer information and account details, and responding promptly to customer inquiries. You'll work closely with our finance and payroll team in APAC to ensure data accuracy and consistency.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide timely and accurate data entry support via live chat interactions

• Input and update customer information and account details with precision
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries and resolve any issues or concerns efficiently
• Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency
• Adhere to company policies and procedures while maintaining confidentiality
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices

Desired Candidate Profile

* High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training in data entry is a plus

• Proven experience in data entry or a related field
• Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
• Proficiency in using computer systems and software, including live chat platforms
• Prior experience in customer service or data entry roles preferred
• Familiarity with arenaflex services and products is advantageous
