As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers, handling a wide range of inquiries and issues, and resolving problems in a timely and professional manner. You will be the first point of contact for our customers, and your role will be critical in shaping their experience with arenaflex.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, and chat

  • Provide accurate and timely information to customers about flights, fares, and other airline services
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve complex customer issues
  • Collaborate with other teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer experience
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics and targets
  • Stay up-to-date with airline policies, procedures, and products

Essential Qualifications

* High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred

  • 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Basic computer skills and knowledge of software applications

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment

  • Experience working in a similar role in the airline industry
  • Knowledge of airline policies, procedures, and products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
  • Experience working with customer relationship management (CRM) software
