Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for passengers seeking assistance with their bookings, travel inquiries, and other customer service needs. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service, showing empathy and understanding, while efficiently resolving issues.   • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
  • Assist customers with flight bookings, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide information on flight schedules, policies, and procedures.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Process refunds and compensation requests.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
  • Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with email and online chat platforms.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • High speed internet connection and a quiet workspace at home.
  • Customer service experience preferred, but not required.
