Key Responsibilities

As a Full Stack Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple channels, including phone, email, chat, and social media. Your primary focus will be on resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and providing solutions that meet their needs. You'll also be expected to:

  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services
  • Demonstrate product knowledge and provide accurate information to customers
  • Assist in product selection, suggesting alternatives and options where appropriate
  • Make business transactions, manage money, and process payments with precision
  • Keep the sales area clean and organized, ensuring that merchandise is properly displayed
  • Monitor product status and assist with returns and exchanges
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve individual and team marketing goals
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships through excellent service
  • Stay connected with product knowledge, promotions, and company policy
  • Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
  • Follow all company safety policies, procedures, and protocols

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous sales or customer experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills and friendly, approachable behavior
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills and the ability to manage financial transactions
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Flexible working hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Knowledge of the products/services offered by arenaflex is a plus

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications will give you an edge in this role:

  • Four-year degree from a four-year college or university (or equivalent work experience)
  • Knowledge of arenaflex programs, strategies, methods, and reservation systems
  • Ability to define issues, gather information, establish facts, and make informed decisions in a timely and accurate manner
  • Capacity to lead multiple projects and deliver results simultaneously
  • Proficiency in communications with management, staff, and customers while demonstrating sound thinking and decision-making abilities
