Job Summary

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, responding to their inquiries, resolving their complaints, and processing their requests in a timely and efficient manner. You'll work closely with our team to ensure that our customers receive the highest level of service, and you'll be an integral part of our efforts to build strong relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities

* Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints in a professional and courteous manner

  • Process customer utility payments through cash registers and balance cash registers and cash boxes daily
  • Process and prepare accounts for utility billing, including taking requests for letters of credit
  • Maintain landlord and rental property files, as well as active utility files
  • Interview the public on matters requiring the interpretation of office policies and procedures
  • Process customer applications for utility services
  • Perform related duties as required

Essential Qualifications

* High school education or equivalent is required

  • Experience in clerical work involving considerable contact with the public and handling money is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues
  • Ability to learn clerical tasks readily and to adhere to office routine
  • Ability to make decisions in accordance with office policies and regulations
  • Ability to understand and follow oral and/or written instructions

Preferred Qualifications

* Experience in customer service or a related field

  • Knowledge of modern office practices, procedures, and equipment
  • Ability to perform a variety of clerical tasks, such as typing, filing, balancing, etc.
  • Ability to establish and maintain an effective working relationship with the public and other employees in a calm manner
