Operations Support Administrator

The Operations Support Administrator is responsible for providing administrative, operational, and coordination support to ensure efficient day-to-day business functions. This role assists with process management, reporting, documentation, and cross-functional coordination to support organizational operations.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities while supporting operational efficiency and continuous improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and operational support to business units and leadership teams
  • Coordinate daily operational activities, schedules, and workflows
  • Maintain and update operational records, documentation, and reports
  • Assist in data entry, reporting, and analysis to support decision-making
  • Monitor operational processes and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
  • Support project coordination, tracking timelines, and deliverables
  • Manage internal communications and assist with meeting coordination
  • Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
  • Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel, SAP, or CRM systems for operational tracking
  • Assist with vendor coordination and administrative tasks as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field preferred
  • Equivalent work experience may be considered in lieu of formal education

Experience

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in administrative support, operations, or coordination roles
  • Experience in corporate, logistics, healthcare, or service environments is a plus

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Compensation

  • Annual Salary Range: $55,000 to $80,000 USD, depending on experience, industry, and qualification
