Key Responsibilities As a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading day-to-day customer service initiatives, inspiring and motivating associates to provide exceptional customer service, and contributing to the success of our team. Your key responsibilities will include: * Modeling company core values, arenaflex philosophy, and appropriate back of house standards and execution strategies for the rest of the receiving team * Driving improvement of friendliness, speed of checkout, and customer feedback surveys by maintaining a customer-first focus and delivering a consistently great experience to all our customers with a high level of professionalism * Maintaining a neat and orderly front end area, troubleshooting issues with registers and transactions * Coordinating meal and break periods and monitoring schedule adherence Requirements To be successful as a Customer Service Lead at arenaflex, you will need to have: * Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and inspire associates to provide exceptional customer service * A friendly, outgoing demeanor and a customer-first focus * An interest in retail and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences * The ability to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as required * Physical requirements, including the ability to lift and move boxes weighing 40 lbs. or more, as well as the ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time Benefits and Perks As a part-time associate at arenaflex, you will enjoy a competitive wage, flexible hours, and an associate discount.
