Job Summary
As a Work from Home Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving business growth. You will be responsible for handling inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing information about products and services, and resolving customer complaints in a professional manner. This is a 1099 position, offering the flexibility to work multiple call center jobs, provided you complete the training for the first job before starting the second.
Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with orders, returns, and exchanges
- Resolve customer complaints in a professional manner
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up on customer issues or provide additional information

Essential Qualifications
* Fluency in English and Spanish is required
- Strong phone etiquette and communication skills
