Key Responsibilities

As a Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for:

  • Managing multiple chat conversations simultaneously while maintaining high-quality responses

  • Collaborating with other departments to resolve complex issues and improve customer satisfaction
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience in customer service or a related field, preferably in a live chat environment
