Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Responding to customer inquiries: Handle inbound calls, emails, and online chat requests from arenaflex customers, addressing their questions, concerns, and service needs.
  • Providing product and service information: Offer detailed information about arenaflex products and services, including card benefits, account management, payment options, and more.
  • Problem-solving: Investigate and resolve issues such as billing disputes, fraudulent charges, and account discrepancies to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining customer records: Accurately update and maintain customer profiles and transaction histories in our CRM system.
  • Promoting and cross-selling: Identify opportunities to promote additional products and services based on customer needs, while adhering to compliance guidelines.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service, call center, or related field preferred but not required.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal), strong problem-solving abilities, and a genuine passion for helping customers.
  • Tech-savvy: Proficient in using computer systems and software, with the ability to navigate multiple systems simultaneously.

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.

Essential Qualifications

* 1+ year of customer service experience in a call center or related field

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

  • Proficiency in using computer systems and software

Preferred Qualifications

* 2+ years of customer service experience in a call center or related field

  • Experience with CRM systems and software
  • Knowledge of financial services and products
  • Bilingual or multilingual skills
