We are seeking Entry-Level Benefits Specialists to join our team. In this role, you will act as a vital link, guiding clients through the permanent benefits they've earned. If you have a background in customer service, enjoy a fast-paced environment, and value teamwork, we want to hear from you.

Your Impact

  • Consultative Outreach: Communicate effectively with clients via phone and Zoom to explain their coverage.
  • Relationship Building: Establish trust and foster long-term connections with the families we serve.
  • Professional Presentations: Deliver benefits programmes in an engaging, clear, and professional manner.
  • Guided Support: Lead clients through their entitlements step-by-step, ensuring total clarity.
  • Operational Excellence: Maintain precise records and complete documentation with high accuracy.
  • Team Collaboration: Work alongside a supportive group to meet and exceed our collective standards.

What You Bring

  • Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
  • Experience: 1–2 years in customer service or sales is preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Independence: Ability to manage your own workflow while staying aligned with team goals.
  • Tech Savvy: Comfortable using digital tools like Zoom and managing online documentation.
