Overview:

The Resident Technician is responsible to provide on-site technical support at customer FNDE in Brasilia city. This professional will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, troubleshooting hardware and connectivity issues, and ensuring the operational continuity of OS 4000, OSV, SBC, OSB, OSCC, XPR equipment's and infrastructure. As a dedicated on-site resource, the Resident Technician will work with the FNDE customer and the internal support teams, ensuring efficient and timely resolution of technical problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to and resolve voice issues, incidents and service requests (Voice, LAN, cabling, connectivity).
  • Perform physical checks and basic troubleshooting of voice equipment.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting of voice connectivity and hardware issues.
  • Provide regular status updates to internal and client stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Basic understanding of TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, and networking principles.
  • Knowledge in OS 4000, OSV and Branch.
  • Experience with physical cabling, patch panels, and network port testing.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to follow instructions and document technical procedures.

O Técnico Residente é responsável por fornecer suporte técnico presencial ao cliente FNDE na cidade de Brasília. Trabalhará com equipes de suporte internas, garantindo a resolução eficiente e oportuna de problemas técnicos.

Este profissional será responsável por realizar manutenção de rotina, solucionar problemas de hardware e conectividade e garantir a continuidade operacional dos equipamentos e infraestrutura OS 4000, OSV, SBC, OSB, OSCC e XPR. e as equipes de suporte internas, garantindo a resolução eficiente e oportuna de problemas técnicos.

Responsabilidades:

  • Responder e resolver problemas, incidentes e solicitações de serviço de voz (voz, LAN, cabeamento, conectividade).
  • Realizar verificações físicas e solução de problemas básicos em equipamentos de voz.
  • Realizar solução de problemas básicos de conectividade de voz e hardware. Fornecer atualizações regulares de status para as partes interessadas internas e do cliente.

Requisitos:

  • Conhecimento básico de TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS e princípios de redes. Conhecimento em OS 4000, OSV e Branch.
  • Experiência com cabeamento físico, painéis de conexão e teste de portas de rede. Boas habilidades de comunicação e atendimento ao cliente.
  • Capacidade de seguir instruções e documentar procedimentos técnicos.
